More Indian Food? Yes, Please!

Last night we had dinner with Karen’s UK Office Compatriots at the Saffron Brasserie, which was much much better than the place we ate at the night before (which, I believe, was the Curry Garden). I met all of Karen’s coworkers and promptly forgot their names (sorry!). Two of them had their kids there, who were really cute. The food was good enough that we’ve already decided we’re coming back here on Friday.
Afterwards we went to the Flying Pig, whereupon I made Chuck proud and made sure I had some Real Ale. I also tested the theory that says Guinness is better here than it is in the States. This is no longer theory, it is fact. I don’t know if I’d get it over others (actually I probably wouldn’t, since my third was another ale), but it was definitely better, which is sad, because if it were this good in the States, at least there’d be a reason people there love it so much.
